cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Liked: The only positive thing I can really say is that the location is very central Disliked: I don’t want to be rude, but honestly, the cleanliness was terrible. I understand that this is a budget-friendly price place, but the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. There was even trash left behind. My mistake was not realizing that part of the property had been renovated and part had not. Unfortunately, I ended up in the older section. I don’t mind an older room at all, but what I did mind was the lack of cleanliness. It honestly looked as if the bathroom had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. The shower had mold, and the toilet looked like something you would find in a public restroom. The cleanliness was by far the biggest issue with my stay.

Run down hotel thst needs serious rehab and employee education on customer service Liked: Bathroom tub had black spots all over and had to clean myself. The balcony door handle was broke off making the balcony not even usable. They had scotch tape all over at the top of the balcony sliding door not sure why. The floors were so dirty it turned your feet black. The tiny fridge was a rust bucket, warm, and made horrible sounds all night along with the heater that sounded like it was going to explode all night long. Told managenent and the office spelled like marijuana and manager was completely squint eyed and high didn't even know what was going on. I thought weed was not supposed to be on public places. This place needs serious help, towels were stained looked like blood. Just horrible. Only thing it had as a plus was you could see Mackinaw bridge. Disliked: Everything!!!
